Solihull Wedding Photography – Lapworth Church

Solihull Wedding Photography on my doorstep so was a pleasure photographing Joanna and Mark’s wedding last summer in the borough. A beautiful old church in Lapworth, Warwickshire for the ceremony before heading to a Joanna’s parents home for the reception.

Lots of natural storytelling photography was the order of the day. I covered the usual preparations throughout the day and evening. A little rain in the morning didn’t spoil the day, but made for great photos of guests fighting the rain to get inside the church. Many guests squeezed in for a lovely ceremony and afterward the weather picked up.

A short drive to Joanna’s parent’s impressive house for the reception with a large marquee in the grounds. I managed to grab a short time with the bride and groom for some portraits in the gardens before the sunset.

Dinner, speeches and soon the partying began. Some fireworks always a nice touch and looks fab for photos.
